Description:
This position is primarily responsible to grow and manage an existing $15-$20 million portfolio of assigned commercial loan relationships. This position will be required to develop new business as part of an ongoing sales program, providing maximum profitability to the Bank along with minimum risk, while adhering to established lending policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

BS or BA degree in finance or accounting and/or substantial and relevant work experience

Minimum 3-5 years of previous Commercial and/or Commercial Real Estate lending experience

Strong ability to analyze personal as well as business financial statements – formal credit training is a plus

Proven sales history

Microsoft Office Suite knowledge- Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook

Outstanding customer service and relationship development skills
Hours: Predominately M-F, 8-5. There may be additional hours depending on client meetings or community events.
