We're putting the spotlight on local businesses
Northwest Bank is proud to be a part of the Quad Cities – a thriving, creative, and hard-working community. Our people are arguably some of the best you’ll find and our small business owners are talented and driven. In our #ProudToBeQC series, we’re highlighting a few of them! Follow along as we take an up-close look at some of the locally-owned businesses in our area and chat with the entrepreneurs behind them.
We are thankful for our customers and partners who put their trust in us for their banking needs. Our goal is for every one of our customers to reach their financial dreams, and our pledge is to never lose sight of the all-important “relationship” and the personalized service our customers expect. Community banks like Northwest Bank are only successful when our people and community are, which is why are invested in creating a thriving local economy.
Take a look at the stories of these local business owners, and see why they’re Proud to Be QC, just like we are!
Me & Billy
We sat down with Bill Collins, owner and “mascot” of Me & Billy restaurant and bar to talk about its success. This family business in downtown Davenport has become a Quad Cities staple, not only offering great food, but also a fun atmosphere any day of the week along with The Fairhaven event space for parties and gatherings of all sizes.
Isabel Bloom
We visited the sculpture studio and shop founded in Davenport by artist Isabel Bloom almost 60 years ago. Donna Young, co-owner and sculptor of Isabel Bloom, chats with us about how this established brand has evolved to meet today’s trends in beautiful home and garden décor, while remaining true to their signature sculpture style.
